U.S. Postal Service Rates Increase Effective May 11, 2009

The U. S. Postal Service will increase the price for a first-class stamp to 44 cents effective May 11, 2009. While we have no control over increasing postage rates, we realize that postage represents a major portion of the total cost of your mailings. That is why we pass ALL postage discounts and savings on to our customers. In addition, we provide a full array of processes and services to maximize your postage savings and improve deliverability of your mail pieces. These processes and services include:

- Address Sorting, Segmentation, Selection, and Duplicate Identification/Deletion to optimize number of pieces mailed to reduce mailing and postage costs
- CASS Certification processing to meet U.S. Postal Service requirements and qualify for lower automation based postage rates
- Delivery Point Bar Coding to qualify for lower automated based postage rates and expedite mail delivery
- Postal Presorting - zip code sequencing and sorting to achieve lowest possible postage rate qualification
- Ancillary Service Endorsements to facilitate change of address updating
- Move Update Processing to meet U.S. Postal Service requirements, improve deliverability, and help lower postage costs
- Editing Undeliverable & Bad Addresses to reduce postage, return mail, and lower cost
- Address Element Correction to reduce return mail, improve deliverability, and lower cost*
